My name is Nissan and I am 20 years old now, and until I was 19 many teachers tried to teach me to read and spell but they were not really successful in doing so. Then at 19, I met Marcy and started to learn with her an hour and twenty minutes, once a week. We learned for about six months and thanks to her devotion and most important her special technique, which through it, I learned to read and spell.

My son, Jackson, is warm, kind, soft spoken and loves to learn something new every day. When he was a little boy, learning through conventional methods was a terrible chore that caused great anguish for both of us.

I met Tanya in grade 5 and somehow school started to become easier. I always thought I wasn’t good in math. But then when I worked with Tanya I learned that I didn’t have to memorize formulas or steps, and I could use logic to solve a lot of the problems… by understanding what I was really doing, I realized I was smart in math and not incapable like I thought before.

This letter is to attest that my son Josh has been working with Marcy and her Logical Letters program for nearly one year with amazing results.
When Josh first started the program he read at achingly slow speed trying to decode each letter, often unsuccessfully. At present, since working and understanding this new method of the Logical Letters program, Josh’s speed has improved and his decoding is usually right.

In reference to the chart system used at Logical Letters: it just helps you have a different way of thinking.

(on how Harry Potter changed her view of reading) Dyslexia is not a pigeonhole to say you can’t do anything. It is an opportunity and a possibility to learn differently. You have magical brains, they just process differently. Don’t feel like you should be held back by it.
